We are looking for a confident, efficient and professional person to support out training manager in the training and development of our team.
You will be a consistent high performer with experience in delivering training, coaching and supervision preferably in a contact centre environment for at least one year. You will take telephone calls within the contact centre as part of your role to ensure that you remain up to date with the job role for which you will be a trainer.
Being a role model within the contact centre for high performance and outstanding call quality
Providing training to new and existing staff
Support in the delivery of induction training for new starters to prepare them for the role
Manage the training pipeline and ensure all delegates leave the training environment fully competent
Ensure all training documents are completed, signed and returned
Confident presenter with exceptional communication skills
Numerate, literate with strong attention to detail
The ability to engage with people of all levels
Smart, presentable appearance
Comfortable delivering training in a ‘classroom’ environment and also one to one in a coaching session

Training or coaching experience: 1 year
