Celebrations have been taking place in the Your Business Voice office this week with Systems Development Manager Anthony Wardle celebrating a fantastic 10 years with the business.
As the longest serving employee at Your Business Voice, Anthony originally joined the company in September 2005 as an Operator before progressing to Senior Operator. He then moved across to the technical department during 2006 and progressed to Systems Development Manager.
As part of his role, Anthony uses CallScripter development tools (as used in a wide variety of Call Centres) and develops tailored scripts for a number of our clients. In 2008, Anthony was awarded ‘Best Script Builder’ by CallScripter in 2008 and has gone on to work closely with our clients in providing comprehensive call handling solutions from sole traders to Times 100 companies.
With a decade of experience in the customer services and call outsourcing industry, Anthony’s tailored call scripts add tremendous value to our clients by improving efficiency, improving customer services and boosting sales.

To mark the celebration, Anthony was presented with a gift and was commended for his services to the company. He commented “I am extremely grateful for the recognition I have received this week. The business has always placed a huge amount of importance in training and development of its staff, which has allowed me to progress and add further value to our clients.”
